Gary Claxton's humor is clean and is rated "G". Specializing in "clean" entertainment at corporate banquets, churches, agriculture associations, colleges, civic organizations, state and national fairs, festivals, arenas, and wild game organizations across the country. He is a comedian/humorist and motivational/inspirational speaker at all types of agricultural and Christian events. Gary has performed in such venues as The Grand Ole Opry, Six Flags, and Dollywood. He hosts a radio show and is a frequent guest on television shows. Gary is also a columnist of the Georgia Outdoor Newspaper.

The Mouth of the South has shared the stage with such entertainers as Ray Stevens, Lee Greenwood, Kenny Rogers, Clinch Mountain, and Soggy Bottom Boys, and Roy Clark. Gary has guest appeared on hunting/fishing radio and television shows with professional athletes, Nascar drivers, and professional hunters and fishermen such as Nascar Driver Ricky Rudd, Professional Hunter Dave Tolar, Professional Fisherman Jimmy Houston, Former Atlanta Quarterback Chris Chandler, and Pro Football Receiver Mike Prince. He has ministered at Christian crusades and conventions with notiable evangelist, comedians, and musicians such as the Inspirations, Sue Thomas; the Apostle; Vern Jackson; Anthony Burger; Gold City; and Brad Stine.
