Smooth
Tribute to Santana

Smooth - Canada’s Premier Santana Tribute

Smooth is Toronto's seven-piece tribute to Santana. This exciting show features Santana's hits from the early days, including "Evil Ways" and "Black Magic Woman", to the recent collaborative hits "Smooth" with Rob Thomas, "Game of Love" with Michelle Branch and "Why Don't You And I" with Nickleback’s Chad Kroeger.

David Wildsmith has been a fixture on the Toronto music scene for 30 years and has been performing as Carlos Santana for the past decade. Wildsmith recreates the Santana experience in a tribute to Woodstock, as part of "Latin Fever", and with Smooth.

Paul Vardy plays drums, percussion, and sings all the classic Santana hits with his incredible vocal range. Paul has recorded with Burton Cummings, and was the lead vocalist for Powerhouse (Chicago tribute). Paul brings to the band 35 years of experience.

Will Hare plays keyboards and provides back-up vocals. He has worked with David and Paul in several bands and lineups for the past three years, during which time they have toured internationally.

Steve Worrell provides vocals and additional guitars for Smooth. Steve's voice can match the modern hits by Chad Kroeger and Everlast with ease. Steve has toured with national acts Tom Cochrane and Amy Sky, as well as promoting his own releases.

Smooth can be booked as a self-contained act, or as part of the "Latin Fever" package.
