Tribute to U2

U2 has dazzled around the world for over 20 years with groundbreaking sounds and heart-stopping live performances. Now Canada pays tribute to the best band in the world.

Formed in January 2002, Elevation played their first show just weeks later and within a year had established themselves as a world class U2 tribute show, performing in Las Vegas for over a thousand U2 fans on St. Patrick's Day 2003. Since then Elevation has performed literally hundreds of shows across Canada as well as the USA including shows in San Francisco, New York, Boston and Cleveland. And in Spring 2004, Elevation undertook their longest outing to date, a seven time-zone, ten day, twelve-aeroplane trip to Italy, Kosovo and Bosnia to play for US and NATO forces, performing for over five thousand military personnel. In addition to club gigs in front of packed houses.

Elevation has headlined at major summer festivals, performed at international U2 fan events and staged special shows for a wide range of corporate clients including national and local government agencies, major US and Canadian businesses and one of the most listened-to rock radio stations in the world. Elevation has also performed at several charity events including: The Canadian Cancer Society, Amnesty International and The Casey House. People travel from all over the world to see Elevation perform and are always amazed at the incredible authenticity and energy that the band brings to their shows.
